Maintenance contracts are a good way of budgeting the maintenance of your on-vehicle weighing systems. We recommend that an on-vehicle weighing systems is checked over and re-calibrated at least once a year. The maintenance contract will cover this annual check and any labour costs associated with an aftercare call out. Should any out of warranty or deliberately damaged parts be required these will be charged for at the normal spares cost. Just call Red Forge or email sales@redforge.co.uk for further information.

Warranty is a very important issue when it comes to supply into the commercial vehicle world. It is not so much as to how long the warranty is that is important, it is more important that when a problem is reported it is put right and promptly with minimum fuss. Red Forge prides itself in never leaving a customer high and dry this has included on occasions putting problems right that are caused by another supplier and not Red Forge if the other supplier fails to respond in a reasonable time.

If you want to extend the warranty on your product please contact sales for further information. This will be an extension to the standard 12 month warranty and will include all parts and labour required to correct a problem. Additional travel beyond the normal vehicle depot location and undue waiting/wasted time will be an additional charge however.
