The display can be set to send a signal to cut the equipment off from working at a pre-arranged weight condition, preventing the operators from loading anything further into the vehicle.
Pioneered by Red Forge in the mid-1980’s, during work with South Cambridgeshire District Council to help them with specific loading issues, these systems have now spread to being a standard fit for many RCV’s.
Important Points:
- Can be fitted to both Axalert 20/20 and Omniweigh systems.
- Specifically built in-house at Red Forge.
- Used to control ancillary system and stop a function at a given weight.
- Very reliable - tried and tested over many years.
