It provides the same easy to read audible and visual overload warnings as our smaller Axle Load Indicators, but in addition it has a memory unit for storage of overload data, can link to a Printer for on-site record keeping or download of data, and can control various trip outputs to control bin-lifts or packer plates.
Additional sensors used for multi-axle vehicles, allowing an improved accuracy over a larger weight range. These sensors are fitted to the chassis, making use of specialised bracketry and existing chassis holes, so as not to damage structural integrity of the vehicle. We do not use glues, sticky pads or other similar means of application, as these can easily be dislodged over time. Our unique lever spring design ensures that accuracy is maintained for longer than other comparable systems.
Figures are available on the display in Tonnes for Front and for Rear, as well as GVW. A password or PIN system allows the supervisor to adjust the display and alter tare figures or access data. A real time clock is also included, and fault reporting is built in as standard. The system is also temperature compensated for use from -10 to +70 oC, meaning there are no false readings from cold winter mornings or hot summer days.
