Overload Protection suitable for 2 axle Vehicles up to 18 Tonnes GVW

The Axalert™ Plus has been designed to provide the same simple and effective overload protection as the Limitlite™ Plus, but for vehicles of a larger weight range. This allows the drivers to stay within the legal weight limits, without having an intricate display more suited for complex vehicles such as RCV’s.

Like the Limitlite™ Plus, this covers Front and Rear Axles, as well as Gross Vehicle Weight, and is accurate to within the recommended DVSA tolerance.

Sensors are robust, lightweight, and bolted to the chassis, making use of specialised bracketry and existing chassis holes, so as not to damage structural integrity of the vehicle. We do not use glues, sticky pads or other similar means of application, as these can easily be dislodged over time. Our unique lever spring design ensures that accuracy is maintained for longer than other comparable systems.

The Axalert™ Plus display fits neatly into an existing DIN slot, providing a percentage value for GVW. As with our other Axle Load Indicator products, bar graphs give an indication of the load on each axle allowing the driver to judge the load balance of the vehicle. The Axalert™ Plus uses efficient software for self-tests and will report any faults to the driver, or remotely through the use of Vehicle Telemetry Systems.
