It has long been recognised by Red Forge that commercial vehicle operators expect hassle-free service, and we are proud of both the quality of our equipment and the after sales service that we supply.
Red Forge aim to provide customer support that is second to none, and unlike some other manufacturers, we do not operate a ‘fit and forget’ policy.
We train our engineers in-house, and any third parties interested in fitting our equipment are subject to training, inspection and approval at regular intervals, so that the End User has peace of mind that the installation is of the highest quality.
We recommend that any weighing system is checked over and re-calibrated at least once a year. This will ensure that the system operates reliably and accurately throughout its life. Providing this routine check is kept up to date, any parts that suffer a genuine failure under normal operating conditions will be replaced free of charge (Axle load indicators – see terms and conditions)
Should any parts be out of warranty, used under abnormal conditions or deliberately damaged, then these will be charged for at the normal spares cost.
Red Forge Ltd does not operate a distribution network for spares and replacement parts. The parts are specific to Red Forge and cannot be supplied by any other company therefore these key replacement parts must be obtained directly from Red Forge Ltd.
